Domestic Shipping: For orders within Haiti, we offer shipping through local carriers. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we strive to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping: For international orders, we offer shipping through reputable carriers. Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs clearance, but we strive to deliver all orders within 10-15 business days.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Naz Oil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@nazoilusa.com to let us know that you would like to return your product.

  2. Pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, and include all parts, accessories, and documentation.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We only accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unused, and unopened. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
